All of our products come with a warranty of 90 days against factory defects starting from the date of purchase (legal requirement in the US). If you register your purchase in andafacil.com/warranty/ within the 3 days after receiving the product, sums +30 days free (remaining 120 days (total). If your product has a manufacturing defect, open it with support: we review the case and follow up (with proof of purchase).
Changed your mind? You have 7 days from when you receive your order to request a return. We just ask that the product be in good condition and in its original packaging. In this case, shipping costs are your responsibility, and once we receive and review your product, we will issue your refund or credit for another purchase.
Our support team is ready to help you. Whether it's an adjustment, a usage question or spare parts, we will do our best to provide you with a quick and effective solution.
We have replacement parts for all our products. Some are immediate; others may take a bit longer. Request them with your order number on the replacement parts page.

Complete the support, warranty or return form. We'll ask for your contact information, where you bought it and the product to open a ticket and follow up.
Andafacil TotalCare is our extended warranty program for electric wheelchairs: plans of 12, 24 or 36 months, shipment of replacement parts, technical support and discounts on replacement batteries.
You can sign up when you purchase or 14 days after of your purchase.
