What is Advance Product?
Mobility needs are not fixed. Sometimes a walker is no longer enough, an electric wheelchair is needed, or the current model falls short in autonomy or comfort.
With Product on Account you can deliver an existing piece of equipment (purchased from us or, in some cases, another store) and apply an estimated value towards the purchase of another product from our catalog ANDAFACIL — Andafacil®, Robooter, XSTO, PAISEEC and more.
How do we estimate value?

- Equipment age and approximate purchase date
- Usage — frequency, tire wear, upholstery and battery condition in electric models
- General condition — frames, brakes, operation
- Current price of the same model or equivalent in catalog
Do all products qualify?
We do not guarantee acceptance of any item. Discontinued models, loose accessories, or equipment with severe damage may not apply. How to request evaluation

- Upload at least two photos (front and detail of wear)
- Enter order number ANDAFACIL or estimated delivery date if purchased from another store
