What is Andafacil TotalCare?

Andafacil TotalCare is the extended warranty of ANDAFACIL: plans for 12, 24 or 36 months starting from the product purchase date. Only applies to products covered on this page.

When you buy

Add it to the checkout. There is often a special TotalCare discount at that time.

Up to 90 days after

Contract it from the status of your order. The discount increases as the window for closing approaches.

No store coupons

Promo codes do not apply to TotalCare; only program discounts apply.

How repair works

Parts first

We send parts with step-by-step guide for you or a local technician.

Workshop if needed

Only when necessary, the equipment goes to the repair center in Guadalajara.

Shipping at customer's expense

The round-trip shipping cost to the repair shop is paid by the customer.

Coverage: electric vs non-electric

Non-electric Products

  • Manufacturing defects in original parts and components.
  • Original parts and repair labor covered by TotalCare (when applicable for shipping to workshop).
  • First response: shipment of parts for you or a local technician to install, with step-by-step guide.
  • If on-site repair is not feasible, send to repair center in Guadalajara (the customer pays for round-trip shipping costs).
  • Product replacement if not repairable, according to evaluation and terms.

Electric products

  • Manufacturing defects in original parts and components.
  • Original parts and repair labor covered by TotalCare (when applicable for shipping to workshop).
  • First response: shipment of parts for you or a local technician to install, with step-by-step guide.

What isn't covered by TotalCare?

  • Misuse, negligence, impacts, falls or overloading beyond specifications.
  • Water damage, humidity, rain, ice, fire, extreme heat or weather.
  • Normal wear (tires, grips, upholstery, cosmetics) and routine maintenance.
  • Unauthorized modifications, non-original parts or repairs by third parties without authorization ANDAFACIL.
  • Loss, theft or damage by third parties / disasters.
  • Shipping costs to/from the repair center in Guadalajara (always at the customer's expense when transfer is required).
