Specialized wheelchairs: bipedestration and stairs

When a standard electric wheelchair doesn't meet the needs — you need to stand up (bipedestation) or climb stairs — specialized chairs come into play: StandUp Pro, StairPro and XSTO X12. They are major investments that solve very specific needs.

Buy or rent — day, week, or month. You can rent an eligible product (more than $500 MXN; accessories from $3,000 MXN) and, if you decide to buy it, what you've already paid for the rental will be credited towards the purchase. You only pay the difference and keep the product.

Who are they ideal for?

When to buy?

Choose a specialized chair only if they will truly use the extra function: standing daily or facing stairs often. If your priority is going out onto the street, plaza, or traveling by car, start with standard electric chairs or Robooter — they tend to cover everyday life better.

How to choose the right model

Bipedestation vs stairs

StandUp Pro allows you to stand up from your wheelchair; StairPro and XSTO climb stairs. Don't mix needs: buy the feature you'll use several times a week.

StairPro vs XSTO X12

Both help with stairs. StairPro is foldable and more affordable; XSTO X12 is a premium line with different capabilities. Compare weight, folding, and real-world usage in your building.

StandUp Pro Front vs Rear

Same bipedestation; change the position of the drive wheels (interior/maneuver vs exterior/inclines). Check the Front vs Rear comparison before deciding.

Frequently asked questions

Is StandUp Pro just a regular electric wheelchair?

It's a wheelchair with standing function: it helps you stand up. If you don't need to stand, a standard electric wheelchair is usually more suitable.

Is StairPro and XSTO the same thing?

No. Both help with stairs, but they are different lines: StairPro is foldable Andafacil; XSTO X12 is another premium model. Compare price, weight, and how they work on your actual stairs.

Can I rent a specialized wheelchair?

In Andafacil many specialized ones can be rented by day, week or month (with purchase option). Check availability by model in the buying guide or by WhatsApp.
