Design and construction of the Andafacil EasyRide

The Andafacil EasyRide features a robust structure made with durable materials that ensure long-term stability and durability. The scooter consists of four main sections: front body, rear body, seat, and battery. This configuration allows for weight distribution, improved load management, and easier maintenance. The front body houses the essential controls: handlebars, switch, accelerators, battery indicator, horn, and headlight. The rear body integrates the motor, electromagnetic brake, and electronic control unit. The seat includes a backrest, adjustable armrests, and padded cushion, providing ergonomic support suitable for prolonged use. Its dimensions of 108 × 49 × 94 cm allow comfortable driving within homes, narrow hallways, shopping centers, or urban areas. Despite its sturdy construction, it maintains smooth handling thanks to its balanced design and rear-wheel drive motor with a 24V 250W power output, capable of offering stable and safe acceleration.

Components and controls of the Andafacil EasyRide

Each EasyRide component is designed so that any user—novice or experienced—can operate it in a matter of minutes. The control panel is extremely intuitive: Key switch: activates the entire electrical system. Speed dial: regulates the maximum speed, allowing adjustment for wide spaces or narrow interiors. Battery indicator: shows high (green), medium (yellow), and low (red) levels. Front light button: ideal for dark environments or nighttime use outdoors. Horn: useful to alert pedestrians in public spaces. Right lever (forward) and left lever (reverse): allow precise driving. The EasyRide also includes a manual brake that allows switching between two modes: Electric drive: lever back. Manual push: lever forward (only when turned off). The electromagnetic brake automatically stops the scooter when the lever is released, ensuring safety even for users with limited reflexes.

Performance and operation of the Andafacil EasyRide

This electric scooter reaches a maximum speed of 8 km/h, ideal for long trips without difficulty. The 24V 12Ah battery provides an approximate range of 16 km, perfect for urban routes, grocery shopping, parks, doctor's offices, or wide building corridors. The rear-wheel drive motor offers stability during starts and stops, while the 24V 45A controller ensures a progressive response, avoiding sudden jerks that may discomfort the user. The EasyRide supports up to 120 kg, making it a reliable option for various types of users. Its ground clearance of 8 cm allows overcoming small irregularities such as gentle ramps, floor edges, and entrance thresholds.

Ergonomics, comfort, and customizable adjustments

The EasyRide easily adapts to users of different sizes and needs. All support points can be adjusted: Seat height: adjustable for easier transfers from beds, chairs or other seats. Seat rotation: allows you to turn it for more comfortable getting in and out. Armrest width: adjustable for a natural and comfortable posture. Handlebar angle: adjustable according to the user's ergonomics. The padded seat and back support help maintain proper posture during long journeys, reducing fatigue and providing a more pleasant experience.
