ANDAFACIL
Almost always, you can generate your invoice yourself. Where to get it depends on where you bought.
ANDAFACIL issues the CFDI for purchases where we are the seller: andafacil.com and online stores where we sell like ANDAFACIL (Amazon, Walmart, Coppel, Sears, Sanborns, and similar).
If you purchased with a from a distributor or an associated store, the sale is yours and the invoice is issued by the distributor, not us.

When you purchase, you receive a confirmation email and emails from order status. There are buttons in them Request invoice: captures your RFC, tax regime and use of CFDI, and we issue the invoice. When it's ready, you receive the PDF and XML by email.
Mercado Libre
Mercado Libre sends you a automatic message with a link to bill your purchase, and the invoice is generated with your tax information within the platform.
Log into your Mercado Libre account and open My purchases → View invoice. There you download the PDF and XML whenever you want.
Liverpool
Purchases at Liverpool are invoiced starting from the Liverpool billing portal, with your receipt or order number. Log into your Liverpool account and request it there.
Liverpool sends us the request, we issue the CFDI and you receive it by mail. You don't need to do anything else with us.
Amazon, Walmart, Coppel, Sears and other stores
If you bought from another online store where we sell as ANDAFACIL, request your invoice here. You need your order number, your contact information and tax details. We look for your purchase and, if it hasn’t been invoiced yet, we issue your CFDI and send it to you by email.
Associated distributor or store
When the purchase is made through a distributor or associated store, The sale is theirs and they issue the invoice. Ask directly from who sold you, with your tax information. ANDAFACIL only invoices sales made directly with ANDAFACIL.
If you cannot contact the distributor, write us by WhatsApp and we will help locate them.
You can enter your tax information or upload your proof of tax status in PDF: with the certificate you don't need to capture anything.
The SAT allows you to issue the CFDI within the same calendar month of purchase. Request your invoice as soon as possible: once the month is closed it’s no longer possible to stamp it.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we issue the invoice as soon as it ships.
Billing
Have your order number and tax information handy. If we can't find your order, we'll email you asking where you bought it and a screenshot of the purchase.
