This is the journey. You come with your mom, dad, or grandparents, pick up the wheelchair together, and take it home. The training is in person, at their own pace.
We do not ship the wheelchair to your country. You fly to Mexico City, pick it up, and return with it. That's why the program is called México Experience with ANDAFACIL.
When you send it, your request is saved and chat WhatsApp opens with number ANDAFACIL. If the chat doesn't open, use the green bubble. We confirm the wheelchair, dates, and credit through that same chat.
